Self-Management Groups
Some of the meetings are a blended model of online and face-to-face. Some meetings are online only while some are face to face only. You need to live in the health board to attend the meetings.
If you are interested in attending any of the online meetings please phone 0800 783 6059 or email info@painassociation.com with your name, a contact telephone number and which meeting you wish to attend. You will then be contacted by the office by email or phone.

We are working in partnership with the University of Law (Leeds Campus) to help support people with chronic pain.
We are inviting people to join the monthly group meetings starting in April and running until December 2026.
The aim of the group is to help people with chronic pain manage and cope using a self-management approach.
Topics include :
understanding pain, stress, pacing, baselines, anxiety, acceptance, relaxation and flare ups
