Boost Your Business with Inclusive Hiring – Join Apt Renfrewshire’s Training

Pain Association Scotland are delighted to be delivering specialised training sessions for Apt Renfrewshire - led by SUSE and funded by Renfrewshire Local Employability Partnership – with the aim of helping employers create truly inclusive workplaces for disabled employees.

Our sessions aim to provide a friendly, interactive and flexible approach to understanding chronic pain and what can be done to manage and cope. The focus is on a self-management approach which is about addressing the non-clinical issues that impact significantly on symptoms and our ability to cope.

Providing a person-centred approach to health and wellbeing in the workplace we look at the wider applications beyond pain, including dealing fatigue and stress.   There will be some pain specific elements, but overall the sessions have the potential to help anyone facing challenges.

Being an inclusive employer isn’t just the right thing to do, it’s a smart business move. Diverse teams fuel creativity, drive problem-solving and boost employee satisfaction and productivity.

Take advantage of this valuable training and build a workplace where everyone can succeed. Register today!
