As you will be painfully aware, we are living through strange times especially with Covid -19 creating a parallel pandemic of even more stress and anxiety.  

This added burden is most unwelcome, especially for those who are already living with difficulties.  It is widely acknowledged that stress makes pain worse and harder to cope with.  In fact too much stress makes everything worse for everyone. This is why we’ve decided to make our relaxation files available here for anyone to use for free. 

These professionally recorded sessions offer a variety of approaches ranging from simple breathing techniques to in-depth visualisation. We sincerely hope that you will find that one of the tracks helps you to relax, unwind and hopefully sleep better.
